Featured Drink: The Borcay Blush

Invented by my accomplished, world-travelling friends, Kirsten Böse and Ben Self. (Like I would know anything about rum from the Phillipines)

Ingredients:

2 parts Anejo rum*
3 parts ginger beer
a splash of grenadine and
a maraschino cherry

*Kirsten says: " Tanduay from the Philippines is the best; although Barbancourt from Haiti makes an excellent second"
